Originally from Chile, Cristián moved to San Francisco over two decades ago after falling in love with the city. Cristián brings his creative training and background in film to the real estate industry.

He joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2016, where he was mentored by Carla Repetto who had over 35 years of real estate experience in San Francisco. There he learned all the ins and outs of San Francisco’s real estate market. He has a fresh perspective on all the San Francisco neighborhoods.

Clients can expect to get the best in customer service and attention. His personable and professional character allows him to build and maintain longtime relationships. His specialties include selling, buying and renting all types of properties, including single-family homes, condos, commercial spaces and investment real estate opportunities.

Cristián is fluent in Spanish. He holds a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) certification to help clients abroad or those interested in international real estate. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS^® (NAR), the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI, and Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA).
